As Clinic Manager, she ensures that daily operations run seamlessly, creating a warm and welcoming environment for pets and their families. Her passion for veterinary medicine extends beyond management—she takes pride in fostering strong relationships with clients and their beloved animals, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Amanda’s connection to the veterinary world is more than just a career—it’s a family affair. Her husband is also a veterinarian, and together, they share a deep love for animals and the work they do. At home, Amanda stays busy as a devoted mom to two daughters, including Kynlee, who is navigating her new journey in volleyball after years of competitive cheerleading. Kylie who is dedicated to her education and has aspirations in becoming a Criminal Psychologist.
Outside of work, family time is Amanda’s top priority. Whether they’re spending time at their property, enjoying the outdoors, or planning their next vacation adventure, she cherishes every moment with her loved ones. Their shared passion for animals, nature, and new experiences keeps life exciting and fulfilling.
Client Care Specialist
Tammy Zaino has been an integral part of the veterinary field for over eight years, serving as the Lead Receptionist at her clinic. With a background in client communications across diverse fields—including human healthcare and education—Tammy brings a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. Her primary responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records to ensure seamless care.
Tammy is passionate about creating positive experiences for both pets and their owners. Her approach focuses on active listening and personalized attention, ensuring every client feels confident their needs are being met. She particularly enjoys connecting with clients and their pets, forging lasting relationships built on trust and empathy.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband, her children, and their many pets, including sugar gliders, hamsters, cats, dogs, a water dragon, and snakes. She also loves relaxing with her cats, exploring herbal remedies to promote healthy living for her family, and staying active with outdoor adventures.
Her journey into veterinary medicine was inspired by a lifelong love for animals of all kinds. After leaving a demanding role in human healthcare, Tammy sought a career that aligned with her passion, finding joy and fulfillment in caring for animals and their families.
Client Care Specialist
With almost eight years of experience in the veterinary field at this clinic—Tiffany Markle is a dedicated Client Care Specialist who ensures every client and their furry companion feel welcomed and well-cared for. She specializes in greeting clients, receiving and relaying client correspondence, processing invoices, and monitoring the clinic schedule flow, all while providing compassionate and efficient service.
Tiffany describes herself as friendly, competent, organized, and dedicated, striving to make every client interaction empathetic and welcoming. One of her favorite parts of the job is simply loving on all the fur babies that come through the clinic doors.
Her extensive background in customer service includes roles as an account executive in banking and a doctor’s assistant in urology, each which have helped her refine her strong communication skills.
Beyond work, Tiffany enjoys Astros baseball, camping, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and pets. A true animal lover, she proudly owns 22 cats and originally started as a foster for Purr Paws before her love for felines grew into a full household!
Her passion for animal care began while living in Mexico for three years, where she worked with Amigos de Mascotas (Friends of Pets), an organization dedicated to rescuing stray animals. Tiffany personally picked up cats and dogs, arranged their vet care, and used her resourcefulness to find them loving homes—often encouraging tourists to adopt and take them home.
With a heart for both pets and people, Tiffany is committed to making every visit to the clinic a positive experience for all!
Client Care Specialist
With 16 years of experience in the veterinary field, Elizabeth Altieri brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, welcoming presence to our clinic. As a Client Care Specialist (CSR) for the past 1.5 years, she takes pride in greeting patients and clients with a smile and ensuring that every visit starts on a positive note.
Elizabeth’s favorite part of her role is working with a variety of different personalities, both human and animal alike. She strives to make every client and pet feel comfortable and valued, providing compassionate care and excellent service.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family. She is also a huge scary movie fan—the cheesier, the better!

Hunter Oestreich – Veterinary Technician
With 13 years of experience in the veterinary field, Hunter Oestreich has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care and client education. As a Veterinary Technician, she takes pride in helping pets feel better and ensuring owners leave feeling confident and knowledgeable about their pet’s health and well-being.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her chickens and goats. A fun fact about Hunter: she has raised and owned goats for over 15 years, showcasing her lifelong connection to animals and her deep understanding of their needs.

With five years of experience in the veterinary field and two years at this clinic, Imani Belyeu-Clark is dedicated to providing exceptional care for both pets and their owners. As a veterinary technician, she specializes in explaining treatment plans, performing medical and diagnostic procedures, assisting in surgery and anesthesia, and applying appropriate restraint techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
What Imani enjoys most about her role is connecting with clients and helping to establish care for their pets, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment. Her compassionate approach allows her to make a positive impact on both pets and their owners, no matter the circumstances.
Beyond veterinary medicine, Imani enjoys spending time with family, trying new foods, and belly dancing—a passion she discovered at the age of nine. Her journey into veterinary medicine was inspired by a personal experience—her Shih Tzu’s severe allergic reaction to a lepto vaccine, which led to an emergency visit. This moment sparked her commitment to helping animals receive the best possible care.

Mia Zaino-Veterinary Technician/ Surgery Technician has been dedicated to the veterinary field for over three years, specializing as a Surgery Technician at her clinic. Her primary responsibilities include running surgery mornings, managing anesthesia, and providing expert care in surgery and wound management. She has a passion for working with fear-aggressive patients, finding individualized approaches to ensure their health and safety while maintaining a comforting experience for both the patient and their owner.
Mia is Fear Free Certified and is currently working toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and providing the best possible care. She strives to make clients feel educated, comforted, and supported by offering tailored solutions that work best for the pet at an affordable cost.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and sharing quality moments with her family and friends. A fun fact about Mia: she was an All-American UJJ State Wrestler in high school, showcasing her determination and resilience both in and out of the clinic.
Her journey into veterinary medicine began with her childhood dog, who suffered from seizures. Caring for her beloved pet sparked a lifelong interest in veterinary care and solidified her passion for ensuring the health and safety of every animal she works with.
